For lunch on a Friday, I decided to try out a recipe which I’ve eaten plenty but never given it a try myself. I gave a search for recipes online but didn’t find one that I liked in particular. Therefore, I decided to just wing it and luckily it tasted delish 🙂
10-12 shrimps, peeled and deveined
2 cloves of chopped garlic
2 tbs. of olive oil or butter if you fancy.
Chopped coriander or parsley as seen in most recipes or any herb of your choice.
Salt to taste
& Chili flakes for spice, optional but i like my spice – 1 tbs. of chili flakes.
